Everyone could die if the government doesn't do something to protect them. Liba had always been a peaceful place, a sanctuary for even monsters hiding from society. Now, drastic times have called for drastic measures and Liba is just trying to protect the majority of the country, even if it means making sacrifices.
Welcome to Scarlet Rose Academy, where the government's solution to the problem is to take human teens and infuse them with the DNA of monsters and animals. They've kidnapped and hidden away humans, vampires, werewolves, demons and animals alike. However angered monsters and escapees are trying to overthrow the Scarlet Rose from outside it's walls. They don't realize that full scale war is on their doorstep and these sacrifices may be the only things to stop them all from being killed.
